- Enjoy helping others and have a great deal of patience and understanding. Dress buying can be stressful, and we want our team to provide our customers with the very best service.
- A keen eye for detail and passion for fashion! The devil really is in the details, from the glint in our customers’ eyes when they love a dress to having the vision to pull a dress for a customer because you just inherently “know” it would look great on them!
- Honesty and integrity. We hold you to the same high standards that we have ourselves.
- Ability to have fun but knows when to get to work. Our shop is a great place to work and play, but knowing the difference between the two is a must!
